10 gallon in my bedroom underneath 125 in stand for live foods
125 gallon in my bedroom with 10 F1 Burundi Frontosa
20 gallon sump in my bedroom for that 125
10 gallon in sons room with mixeb barbs
75 gallon daughters room with mixed Cichlids
40 gallon breeder also in Daughters room growout tank for all fry
240 gallon living room with 7 WC Moba Frontosa
30 gallon sump in living room for that 240

I've got a 180 community tank (soft water) tetras (neons, cardinals, emperor, congo, penguin, black skirt) cories (agazzisi, hasbrosus) pair of german blue blushing angels, about 20 or so brown ancistrus, six clown loaches, six rosy barbs (although they did manage to spawn and there's a couple wee ones somewhere in there) and a few guppies.

basement has a 125 with albino ancistrus, 3 species of Krib, an L66 and about 10 L204's

75 with a few rosy barbs, a few guppies and eight mature brown ancistrus

55 with way to many fish.... (bunches of orphans from folks that no longer wanted their fish) but it also houses my longfin brown ancistrus until I can get the r/o disaster repairs complete
50 with orphan mollies from a friend
29 Q tank w/ cory sterbai and cory paleatus
20 with the breeding pair of albino ancistrus
20 ancistrus fry
20 hospital tank... german blue blushing angel that got beaten up

please send some pics of your tanks. I'd like to know more about how you keep them maintained, water changes, filtration, and learn a little.

Man....I feel like such a fish wuss now.

Until my 20 year old moves out (don't ask) I have...

55g with six discus, four checkerboards & a clown plec
20g high with 2 angels & a couple otos
10g with baby bristlenose & a few c. matae
20g high (sons room) tetras/corys
10g vacant currently

When I get that extra room, I'm definately setting up at least a 125 - or as big as I can get away with for the discus. Then I'll be getting more plecs & angels probably.

Dude, it doesn't matter how many tanks you have. What matters is you dig fish like the rest of us. And don't forget, you went to a whole lot of effort to set up this site for fellow fishnuts and I like it!

Fellow Fishnuts (hereafter referred to irreverently as FN's), tell Gary whatcha think! I'll start. Thank you for putting this together for us. Thanks for the opportunity to interact with other infected FN's. Thanks for grabbing me off eBay and letting me know you had this site for FN's.
best regards
mike

I do appricate all your hard work as well. I love fish as do most others here as well. Mike's right. It doesn't matter if all you have is 1 10 gallon tank or 300 tanks. All that matters is that you love the hobby. We are here to help each other and help everyone learnd more and a meeting place. To meet other fish crazy people like me. I look forward to the good times to coming and the learning experience that's shortly ahead.

Thanks a bunch

Mike Very Happy

You guys have great set-ups. We all obviously have fish obsessions. Drogar-Dealer(LBG) Trilly-152-icon_nemo Trilly-152-icon_nemo
I believe I already stated my set-ups, but here they are anyway:
1-120 gallon tank -- new and just restocked
*2 juvenile red texas cichlids
*1 juvenile red terror
*1 juvenile green terror
*2 bristlenose plecos (male and female)
*1 juvenile vampire pleco
*1 juvenile royal pleco
*1 medium sized parrot cichlid (flowerhorn colored/patterned, not orange)
** newly added dither fish - 5 tiger barbs and 3 (now 2) tinfoil barbs

1-90 gallon tank --
*1 long tail albino oscar with black striped fins (about 4 inches)
*1 electric blue jack dempsey (avatar photo)
*1 mature armor catfish
*1 small parrot ciclid
*1 blue and 1 tiger loach
*1 bristlenose pleco

1-75 galloon tank --
*2 fully grown parrot cichlids (8 inches or more long)
*1 green/blue severum
*1 syndontis Eurterus catfish
*1 bristlenose pleco
*1 fire eel ~ 10 inches long (my favorite fish, since I hand feed him!)

1-30 gallon medical tank --
*1 chocolete pleco
*1 large flowerhorn ~10 inches (he was VERY ILL, now almost better)

I am really proud of my fishes, and I even make the food I feed them (got recipe off the internet). I was going to set-up an African tank, when I was deciding to set-up my new 120 gallon tank, but decided to stick with fish I learned to love, central and south american cichlids. Maybe I will ween myself onto Africans, by starting a 30 or 55 gallon tank of Africans. You guys are really getting me to want to try out a few Africans, since everyone loves them here so much. Thanks for the great site.
