Well today about 30% or so of the eggs are white. The others are browning up nicely. Although I never spawned angels, I know from spawning other species that's a good sign. I assume it's the same for angels. Regardless, for a couple juveniles...they at least fertilized some of the eggs and they're not eating them...so they did well.

Lots of times juvies screw up the first few times. So far so good!
They're keeping watch pretty closely on the eggs, so I'm hoping in a couple more days to have some wigglers.
Kind of funny...
I had them in my 20 High with 2 of my (former) breeding c. paleatus and a couple otos. They got so territorial, the poor corys had to stay under the sponge filter or the angels would rap them in the head. So I moved them into a 10 with some baby matea.
I'd be so psyched if they actually hatched & raised some youngin' -- keeping my fingers crossed.
