I have a tube anemone and I have just moved & when I added him back to the tank I just put him on top of the sand bed. It seems I read somewhere that he will bury himself in the sand but he hasnt yet. Is this true? I had buried him before but in a lack of time I just wanted to get him back in the tank. Will it hurt him to be on top of the sand (other than not being very pretty)
Thanks!

Ah, yes. it should be fine really if it is going to be just temporary. As long as it is well fed, what sort of species of tube anenome is it? Just make sure that water quality is good and it is well fed Very Happy
