Well went to Petco to pick up my new guy I ordered in (yes not all Petcos are bad).... He is smaller than my other one and in person is actually a very pale metallic green colour with gorgeous orange eyes....

An absolutely gorgeous fish! Beautiful markings and coloration! It certainly doesn't seem to fit the mold of L27, L190 & L191.

Yeah they were pretty good ordering it in for me the fish supplier wasnt so good as Petco ordered this royal on the number for an L191 Dull Eye not that i'm complaining Smile

This one is settling in nicely with no agression between the two royals so far.....
I am like you clunkster Royals are just awesome I think, it was my dream fish to have (would rather own panaques than Zebras) and now I have 2 so I am set for fish for the time being lol

Interesting looking fish. What do the scales look like? Are they sort of long and flat? Cant quite tell in the photo.
