Have you noticed how often recently Aqua Banners isn't transmitting images? Are we being 'charged' for false impressions? What's the deal?

I emailed them & the guy wrote back saying they hadn't had a problem. Ummm...yeah, you did.

He didn't seem overly concerned that several of us noticed.
