Is it ok to feed adult fish this food or is it just for juvies?

sorry cant help you as it is a food i am not familier with but i am sure there are others who frequent the boards who will know, but saying that i dont see why you should not be able to use it with adult fish

It is OK to feed it to adults, but not something I would do very often. If you look at the ingredients you will find a HUGE amount of protein compared to the regular NLS staple.

Thank you for the info. I was thinking of feeding it once a week. I dont think my fish are as large as they should be. They are around 3.5 or 4 inches and are around a year old. Is that about right? (african cichlids)
