Alrighty, time for an update.

I have finally setup the 10 gallon. I put sand for a bit of substrate, a sponge filter, glass thermometer, a heater in case it's needed, salt water mix, light, glass top. I am heading out to the LPS in the next few days to get the plankton, and the black aquarium background will be added later.

The females are all still carrying eggs. The fourth female has still not started carrying eggs, but no big deal. I guess she's just not attracted to the male. =P

(I've been given instructions over on petshrimp on how to culture green marine water, and I'll be getting that going soon.)

LOL My connection was acting up again.

Well, here's my update:

The first 10 gallon that I have set up for this project is well...setup. I have having a little bit of a problem with getting the salinity correct. I put in too much salt water mix the first time. I finally had a chance to remove some of the water and replaced it with freshwater. I'll be testing it again later today.

--And, I just remembered that I haven't had a chance to get to Pet World for Haly to show me how to work the hydrometer...crap--

Can i suggest that you make the time as it will save you a lot of heart ache in the long run
