Hey everyone, I have a female Red Empress that got pretty beat up by my male. He took off most of the tail and took a nice chunk out of her side. She seems to be doing alright but has open wounds on her side and tail. She has white crustys over her wounds now that almost look like scabs with a little bit of red flesh showing. I have her in a 10 gal by her self now trying to get her to heal. Does anyone have any ideas on any meds or anything to help her.

Thanks,

Jon

You should treat with at least an anti bacterial med, that way you should avoid any secondary infections, you have done right by putting her in a hospital tank
