Well i have got back to work at last Its only taken 9 months, mind you still have to go to physio, but its great to be back at work even if it feels like my body is rejecting me God i ache all over, forgotten just how heavy my job can be, as well as all the muscle's i aint used for so long. (Brain dont count as i never used it )

i know you too well Yea am happy to get back to work apart from all the aches and pains , mind you a hot bath works wonders (no i dont want to borrow your duck Gary)
