You're so right ARB. A get together would be nice. I'm so sorry that I found 'lectric challenges once I started installing tanks. I had hired a contractor before and told him specifically what was destined for the room. I thought everything was kosher. I had three circuits in the breaker panel when I checked. Only the dirty rotten scoundrel didn't actually wire everything correctly. One circuit goes nowhere. The other is a 15 amp and runs the sockets along the exterior wall (that should have been a 20-30 amp GFCI circuit minimum). Then, this genius wired the 20 amp to the light fixtures in the fish room, bathroom and utility room. I had one of my coworkers analyze my power needs and make some recommendations, he's also retired Air Force like me, and he said I'd need a minimum of three 20 amp GFCI's to run the tanks I want without having to worry about tripping breakers all the time. It's a bit dissappointing to say the least. I dreamed of having a fish room the whole time I served in the AF (23+ years). I couldn't do it then because of the frequent scheduled & unscheduled deployments which were uncertain in length. ah, such is life. If it was easy, everybody could do it eh?

I wouldn't mind a work party. I think most of us would like to learn how to plumb multiple tanks together. I know I would, and it would be a great opportunity to learn somethin' new.
Mpp, don't sweat it. The room will be done when it's done.

Well I think I've just about got it finished. I had to run to Menard's for a few things on lunch today and plan to taclke it as soon as I get home. This should be the last of it. A few problems along the way, but I believe this will solve it.
(Fingers Crossed)
Thanks
Mike
