Post subject: I Found a Darter
I found a darter a few days ago at a local store (not telling you where!! ), and just wanted to se if anyone here has any experience with them. It looks like either a johnny, tesselated, or swamp darter. The only info I could find on them was on game and wildlife pages, nothing on keeping them in the aquarium.

I had one for a couple months but got tired of having to target feed him brine shrimp cause thats' all he would eat. I got mine at aquapets.

I got 6 green spotted darters from petland they have been eating every thing including:
snails
brineshrimp
guppy fry
blood worms
fish fins
I got 2 that where 1 1/2 inch and 4 that are 2 1/2 - 3 inches they are crazy little things. I have had them for about a year now.
