I setup this tank Jan. 20, 2007. I had most of the stuff laying around to get me started. I am still trying to get more flow into the tank. I'll be adding a larger AquaClear and powerhead in the tank. Right now, there is an AquaClear 20 and a small Mini-Jet 404 powerhead in the tank. I'll be replacing those with an AquaClear 50 and another powerhead (I have to see which ones I have laying around). So far, so good. I haven't done a thing to it except to check the salinity every day. I did finally check water parameters yesterday evening. Ammonia and nitrites are both at sero, and nitrates were at 80. I did a 50% water change on the tank last night (I braved the cold and snow at midnight last night to get more water). I'll be checking them again this morning.

This tank will have live rock, macro algae, and so far a few soft corals. The 2 soft corals I have were hitchikers on LR. One is a polyp, and the other is a muchroom.

The light that I have on this tank is a 20W CoraLife PC 96W 6700K. I will be getting a different bulb for the light.
