Post subject: Electric Blue Jack Dempsey
Here is an updated photo of my Electric Blue Jack Dempsey. She seems to be a slow grower, and is only about 4-5 inches long, at most. These two photos were taken with a flash, so with an unaided eye, she is more of a royal blue/rich purple color. She is really pearly. I love this fish.
I don't know a thing about cichilds...sorry i can't add more! LOL

Here are two non-flash photos. She is so tough to take a photo of. She is always moving around.

Here are some updated photos of my EBJD. It has grown considerably, and has been relatively easy to take care of (despite what people say about this fish). I would say the EBJD is about 5-6 inches now.
No flash:

It is amazing how much this fish has changed its appearance from youth to adulthood. This fish is so much more stunning with age. His flippers are so pretty..... I would recommend anyone to get this fish.

I would - but I just dropped it all on Discus and L264!!!!
I got a great deal...but you don't even want to know what the retail value of those six Discus and the L264 would be. I'm dining on mac & cheese, buddy.
