I've already had questions on this...so I need to explain myself a bit more.

What I'm trying to prevent is someone who doesn't participate in our forum in any other way just showing up occasionally when he has stuff to sell - then disappearing until he has more stuff to sell.

If you're posting now and then...do what you want. I'll say something (fairly politely) if you've done something wrong. I don't think that's going to be a problem with this group anyway.
