I've had several questions about photo editing software.

While there are many options, I'm going to post my 2-cents worth here...and ironically it doesn't even cost 2 cents. I own several pieces of editing software that I paid for.

The one I use 99% of the time and does the neatest stuff is PhotoPlus from Serif Software. It's how I've edited all the pics you see me post here and it's how I made my transparent avatars you see here on my posts.

The program is FREE and they offer four other packages for other stuff there too. So check it out.
