Post subject: Who can win?
I've been thinking about this...and I think I have an answer. I don't want to discourage anyone from posting pics - I want hundreds!! so...
ANYONE can win - with one little astarisk. (*)
If I should win, I will NEVER accept a prize. The photo will go into the archive like everyone else's. If that month's prize was a gift card or something...I will put those funds back in the pot for other contests.
Moderators - I think they should be eligible just like everyone else.
