Up until now I kind of let nature take its course here. Without trying too awful hard we got 42 users & over 3,000 posts.

I'd like to do some cool things here and make this a unique place...but there is NO WAY I can do it all.

I'd love for some of you who have time to pitch in & give me suggestions and ideas of how we can put together some unique features that maybe you don't see on other forums.

Also - just some help would be cool. For instance - we've kind of let Photo of The Month slip. I think it's a great idea to have it & you all sem to enjoy it...but we need someone who can keep track f it every day.

I'd have to get their blessings first - but what about "sister sites" - other forums that maybe have some different features etc. that we can work in conjunction with - share users etc. Mbovinet's board & AB come to mind.

I'd need to talk nice to Mike & Clunkster - but we're all friendly anyway. Ideas? Thoughts? Suggestions?

If you come up with a good idea and are willing to own the project - it's yours.

Argnars has given me some great advice on promotion. Anyone want to grab hold of that project?

In other words - if you want to be more involved - maybe be in charge of an area or feature - talk to me! Let's do it.

So...start throwing those ideas at me. I'm all ears.

Yeah, some of the emoticons need to be fed to a flowerhorn. One day when my connection was running a wee bit slow, the page took about 15 minutes to fully load.

I'll have to look into trimming the emoticons...I don't recall how just now but I can figure it out.
